How about something active and new to help shake off those holiday potluck pounds? Our January Night Out will be on Sunday, January 11, when we learn to salsa dance with “Salsa on Sundays.”  This "vibrant monthly salsa social at United We Dance Studios begins with a salsa class led by an experienced instructor and continues with a lively dance featuring music from DJ Pancho and DJ Pedro. All levels are welcome, and no partner is needed, making it perfect for solo dancers."

The event starts at 6:00 PM with lessons and continues until 10:00 PM for the hardy. We may bow out sooner and look for a coffee shop for refreshment and a good laugh at our dancing skills!

The studio is at 1705 San Pedro NE, in a strip mall just south of Constitution. I know there are some dancers and would-be dancers among us, even some who enjoy just watching, so put on your best smooth-soled shoes and join us! -- Charlene
